卫星内带电效应地面试验技术研究

摘    要:内带电效应是导致航天器运行故障和异常的主要原因之一.文章针对卫星内带电效应研究中的地面模拟试验技术,着重介绍了介质辐射诱导电导率及相关参数的试验测量方法.基于电声脉冲法测量介质内部电场的原理,提供了一种验证内带电仿真计算的试验方法.

Abstract:Internal charging effect is one of the main causes of spacecraft malfunction and abnormity. This paper discusses the internal charging ground test technology, with emphases on measurement methods of radiation induced conductivity and some related material parameters. Based on the principle of internal field test by PEA, an experiment method is proposed to validate the internal charging simulation and computation.
