摘    要:选用IN738LC镍基高温合金,研究了向熔体中加入碳化物、氮化物、硼及金属间化合物对合金冷凝后的晶粒尺寸、枝晶组织和初生碳化物形态等凝固组织特征的影响。结果发现,加入金属间化合物并控制合金液的均匀化处理过程可显著细化晶粒,并且对合金的结晶特性及凝固组织无不良影响。

Abstract:Cast structures of grain size, dendrite morphologies and the shape of MC type carbides of a nickel-base superalloy IN738LC are investigated with the melt addition of carbides, nitrides, boron and intermetallic compounds, It is found that the grain size of ingots can be refined extensively to the order of ASTM M11~12 by combination of an intermetallic compound addition together with lowering the melt homogeneous treatment temperature during the melting process. The addition of the intermetallic compound has the advantages of little influence on the freezing characters, alloy composition as well as on phase constitutions. Therefore, this process is considered as an effective and practical method of grain refinement for superalloys.
