| Abstract: | Drawing lessons from the principle and method of mass supervision system and combining the rule and characteristics of capability verification，the design process of weight capability verification scheme is elaborated, judging of design scheme, laboratory dividing，sample delivers，result report releasing are concretely analyzed. Through verifing the design scheme is reasonable, Control effect is good. |
