摘    要:为了对机场航班延误状况进行有效评价,考虑了航班延误的影响规模、影响程度、影响范围,采用了六个预警指标即延误率、平均延误时间、受影响航班架次、受影响航空公司数、受影响目的地机场数、延误旅客人数,构建了航班延误预警指标体系。由模糊层次分析法(FAHP)得到各指标权重,利用模糊综合评判法对航班延误状况进行综合评价。评价结果表明:预警指标能较准确地反映航班延误状况,评价结果客观,可作为机场航班延误预警参考使用。

Abstract:To effectively evaluate the condition of flight delay at airport, impacting scale, extent and range of flight delay were considered, six alarming indexes such as percent time delay, average delay time, number of impacted airplanes, airlines, destination airports, and passengers were used, flight delay alarming index system was constructed. The weights were gained by using fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP), and the condition of flight delay was evaluated based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The result shows that these alarming indexes can reflect the condition of flight delay accurately ,the outcome is objective, so it can be taken as reference for early warning at airport.
