提高IPDI丁羟推进剂低温力学性能研究

摘    要:实验研究了IPDI丁羟推进剂低温力学性能不稳定且偏低的问题。结果表明,导致IPDI丁羟推进剂低温力学性能不稳定且偏低的原因是助剂TB与粘合剂系统不相容,从而命名较多的TBT同固体填料表面聚集;同时,因IPDI的反应活性低,导致能进入粘合剂网络的TB量较少,而使助剂H更多地进入粘合剂网络。这就使推进剂力学性能对助剂TB进入网络的量变化敏感,导致推进剂低温力学性能不稳定;另一方面,由于助剂TB与H没有产生如同TDI丁羟推进剂中的协同效应,也使其低温力学性能偏低。在此基础上,提出了解决该问题的技术途径。

Abstract:The problem that the low temperature mechanical property of HTPB propellant cured with IPDI is unstable and usually poorer than that at high or room temperature was studied experimentally.Results indicate that the key point is the uncompatibility of TB with the binder system.More TB migrates onto the surface of the solid filler.Due to the weak reaction activity of IPDI, less amount of TB and more amount of H correspondingly enter the binder networks. On the one hand, the propellant mechanical property is sensitive to the amount of TB entering binder networks, and the low temperature mechanical property becomes unstable.On the other hand, compared with HTPB propellant cured with TDI, there is no coordination effect between TB and H in HTPB propellant cured with IPDI.So the low temperature mechanical property is poorer than that at other temperature.The technical way is put forward to solve the problem.
