Abstract:The sloshing dynamics of an arbitrary axisymmetric rigid tank is investigated under low-gravity conditions, and an equivalent mechanical model theory is analyzed in this paper. The discretization of boundary curves is used during the design of calculation-programme. The method of calculation is simpler than the finite-element method or finite-difference method, the numerical results are compared with the ones of Chu Wen-Hua and Mi-kishev G.H.
