企业员工模糊考评方法研究

摘    要:针对长期以来企业员工综合考评方法中普遍存在的主观性太强,科学性不足的问题,文章将模糊数学的思想引入到企业员工的综合考评中,对评价组成因素区分为主观和客观两种类型。同时对模糊数学通常在评价结果处理方法上的作法也作了较大改进,使考评结果更具客观性和科学性。

Abstract:According to the problem of too powerful subjectivity and insufficient scientifity that exist popularly in evaluation method for the staff members and workers of an enterprise over a long period of time, the paper leads thought and method of indefinit mathematics into the staff members and workers of an enterprise comprehensive evaluation and divides the whole evaluative process into five procedure. Meantime it distinguishes the evaluative compositive factors to two type with subjectivity and objectivity and upgrades the usual practice of indefinit mathematics in the approach of evaluative effect to make it more objective and more scientific.
