燃气蒸汽式发射动力装置复杂内流场数值模拟

摘    要:水下发射的燃气.蒸汽式发射动力装置内是一种包含了高温高压燃气湍流流动、冷却水射流的形成、喷嘴出口处的一次雾化、在横向高速燃气流中的二次雾化与汽化、含相变的水、汽两相流动等复杂的流动过程.应用CFD技术对水下发射试验低压强点和高压强点进行了含相变的三维两相加质流场数值模拟.结果表明,采用雾化理论和数值仿真技术计算得到的流场形态、特征点状态参数以及冷却水汽化情况等与试验结果基本吻合,这种新的计算方法可作为发射动力装置研究的一种有效手段.

Abstract:Combustion gas-steam launching powerplant involves a complex two-phase flow including water injection,primary atomization,secondary atomization in transerve flow and the phase change of water.Atomization model and numeric simulation of three-dimensional flow field for rocket motor were applied,and characteristics of flow field were obtained.The numerical results match well with that in experiments,presenting a new method for combustion gas-steam launching powerplant.
