摘    要:研究了一种单晶镍基高温合金在不同温度下的静拉伸性能,初步建立了该合金不同温度下的弹性模量与任意取向之间的定量关系。在恒定温度下,该合金的弹性模量可由唯一的变量晶向参数定量描述。合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度依赖于晶体取向和温度,室温时111]取向的屈服强度高于001]取向,而在温度较高时,111]的屈服强度最低。

Abstract:The tensile behavior at different temperatures of a single crystal Ni-base superalloy was studied.It was found that temperature and the crystal orientation has notable effect on the elastic properties of the alloy,and the elastic modulus of the alloy can be defined with a single variable,which is the three-dimensional crystal orientation parameter of the specimen.Moreover,the yield strength and the tensile strength of the alloy depend deeply on temperature and the crystal orientation index,the yield strength of orientation is higher than that of at room temperature,and shows the lowest yield strength at high temperature.
