| Abstract: | The uncertainty is an important index for measurement quality.In this paper, based on distribution of measurement, the evaluation methods for two categories of uncertainty are put forward. The calculations and properties of combined uncertainty and overall uncertainty are introduced.Finally the application example is given. |
