应力波安装干涉配合紧固件

摘    要:用应力波安装干涉配合紧固件,可以避免或减轻用静压法或锤击法安装时造成的初始损伤。用应力波法试验安装了30CrMnSiA钢干涉配合紧固件并作了疲劳试验,分析了安装损伤和应力波安装法的影响因素。

Abstract:The method for applying stress wave to installing interference-fit fasteners is presented in this paper. The method can avert or reduce the gouging and galling caused by using hammering method or hydraulic apparatus for driving interference-fit fasteners. The stress wave method was experimented on fasterners of 30CrMnSiA steel and fatigue test for the bolts installed by using different methods was conducted. The results of tests are presented. The galling of the method and the factors affecting the method were analysed. In order to realise fine interference-fit and to obtain anticipated strengthening benefit it is important to choose proper parameters: interference and intensity of stress wave.
