基于混合优化算法的固液发动机装药优化设计

摘    要:为了减小固液发动机工作过程中氧燃比的变化导致的比冲等性能损失,提出基于差分进化和克隆选择的混合优化算法,建立装药优化问题的优化模型和优化流程,采用惩罚函数处理约束条件,对某型固液发动机进行了装药优化和分析.结果表明该优化算法和流程性能良好,优化后发动机的性能得到了明显提高,减小了余药质量分数和工作压强,改善了燃烧室和喷管的工作环境,且平均比冲提高了1.2%.

Abstract:To decrease the performance loss such as specific impulse caused by oxidizer fuel ratio deviation from optimal value during the working process,a hybrid optimization algorithm based on clonal selection algorithm(CSA) and differential evolution(DE) was proposed in this paper,which was called differential clonal selection algorithm(DCS).An optimization model and a scheme for grain design were established,and penalty function was adopted to eliminate the restrictions. The algorithm,model and frame were applied to a hybrid rocket grain design,and the result indicates a good performance of the algorithm and scheme. After the optimization,excrescent propellant ratio and combustor pressure are reduced,the working condition of combustor and nozzle is meliorated,and an average specific impulse increase by 1.2 percent.
