摘    要:当机载设备承受拦阻着陆冲击环境应力时,该应力可被描述为一个持续衰减的冲击载荷。这种冲击 载荷量值不高但持续时间较长,与普通着陆时的冲击载荷存在较大差异。本文针对传统试验方法复现该环境时 试验件会出现较大的位移,现有试验设备大都无法满足要求的问题,提出了二次波形补偿的试验方法,通过理 论计算大幅降低试验的位移,并进行了试验验证,可使大部分试验条件直接在电动振动台上完成。

Abstract:When the airborne equipment is subjected to the environmental stress of the environmental stress of the arrest landing impact, the stress can be described as a continuously attenuated impact load. The impact load is not high but the duration is longer, which is quite different from that of ordinary aircraft landing. If the arrested shock test waveform is directly used to carry out the laboratory environmental test, most of the existing experimental equipment cannot meet the requirements. In this paper, the waveform compensation method is adopted to reduce the displacement of the test, so that most of the common arrested shock tests can be carried out on the vibration generator.
