摘 要: | 采用基于“异常”视觉感知机理的动态计算机视觉技术,从时变的一维细缝图像中产生三维世界的二维动态投影,解决交通流的测定问题。对车流量、车速、时间占有率这三大重要交通量进行实时检测,准确率达90%以上。同时采用语音合成技术对交通量进行实时诱导

Abstract: | In this paper,we use the computer vision technology to detect thd traffic flow in real time. The measurement accuracy of the vehicle flow,vehicle speed and time occupancy are exceed 90%. And subsequently the traffic flow is guided at real time in the speech synthesis method. |
