流量调节器研制中的主要问题及结构改进

摘    要:介绍了一种用于液氧/煤油发动机的流量调节器的结构、原理。在调节器研制中出现的主要问题有滑阀卡滞、主级工况的负载特性存在负差率、转级活塞不能复位等。根据调节器的工作条件,运用静力学原理,分析了产生的原因,提出了改进方法,并进行了试验验证。试验结果表明:结构改进后的调节器工作可靠性得到了明显提高。

Abstract:In this paper, the principle and structures of a flow- regulator used for liquid rocket engines is introduced. The main problems in the development process are introduced in detail. Based on statistic mechanical analysis under the working condition of the regulator, the reasons are analyzed. The improved structures have been put forward and have been tested. The results of tests show that the reliability of the regulator has been improved after structures improvement
