Abstract:As a part of Zhengjiang Yangzhou Yangtze river bridge, the Nancha bridge is a suspension bridge with main span 1490m. This paper introduces the wind tunnel test results of four types cross section models, including vortex induced vibration, flutter critical wind speed, flutter derivatives. The assessment to wind resistant properties of the bridge is given based on the test results and 2D/3D flutter analysis.
