摘 要: | 本文介绍了某直升机动部件工程设计更改中需要考虑的几个问题,在设计更改过程中综合了适用性、经济性因素,给出了最佳更改设计方案。采用疲劳强度设计技术设计了增强型卡环,通过部件静力和疲劳试验,验证了各设计因素的影响,给出了更改设计后部件的疲劳极限和限制值要求。

Abstract: | Some important points which must be considered in designing & modifying helicopter ro- tating parts.An optimizing design has been accomplished balance between economy and capability. Fatigue strong design method has been used on a rotating part,driver of swashplate,realizing static and fatigue test of part.Analyzing the effectiveness of design elements.Fatigue limit and limitation values of modified driver has been presented. |
