| Abstract: | This article resumptively narrates the system technique specifications,proposalstructure,and the operation principle of the dispatcher system for Minhang District tap water engineering in Shanghai City. It specially emphasises the principle of remote data collection,the data-transfer radio and it's transmitting mode,the communication stipulations of an agreement,the configuration of control center,the requirement of data processing,etc. This system has been running for more than one year.It is proved that this system is possessed of a high-reliability and meet the demand of the consumer. |
