| Abstract: | Based on characteristics of the telemetry data of the new generation of rockets,a new system scheme has been designed.The main techniques are the use of cluster analysis for all telemetry data and different compression method for each clustering data.the schematic drawing of system design are showed and analysed,and the results of simulation experiments for each compress method are introduced in this paper. |
