嫦娥五号探测器系统级电性能测试设计与实践

摘    要:针对嫦娥五号探测器综合测试中遍历在轨飞行状态引发的全面覆盖难度大,任务剖面及关键环节多引发的模拟飞行及健壮性测试要求高等问题,提出并实践了状态遍历及增量式集成的系统级测试方法,测试设计按照分状态分阶段分剖面的多层次验证策略,探索出了一套从"最基本启动,增量式叠加,分步骤集成"的整体性测试与验证的解决方案,达到了在项目早期将系统验证工作置于真实环境下开展测试评估的效果。同时也解构了探测器组成复杂,器间交互多,器内耦合多的系统级全覆盖难题。引入非侵入式监测技术解决了特定任务剖面及系统级条件下关键动作高保真数据获取的难题。与阿波罗载人登月相比,嫦娥五号探测器系统级测试设计实现了测试与评估可靠性活动在整器研制环节的流程左移,体现了中国航天器研制技术的特点。

Abstract:Based on the difficulty of coverage caused by traversing the in orbit flight status in the system level electrical test of the Chang’e 5 lunar probe, and the high requirements for flight simulation and robustness test caused by multiple mission profiles and critical processes, the technology of state traversal and incremental integration test method is proposed and applied for the first time. The system level electrical test is designed by means of multi layer validation strategy based on states, phases and profiles division. The overall solution, which contains basic startup, incremental stack, and integration step by step, is designed and applied. By this method, the system level electrical test is carried out as early as possible and as faithful as possible, and the deconstruction of composition complexity is achieved. Meanwhile the interactions among multiple spacecraft, and the coupling of different subsystems are checked in the process of the system level electrical test. Based on the non intrusive load monitoring, the high fidelity data is acquired for the critical operations under specific mission profiles and in system level tests. The characteristics of China’s spacecraft technology are reflected in the left shift strategy of test and evaluation in the Chang’e 5 development process compared to the Apollo Project.
