某型电火工品弹药电磁环境下使用安全性分析

摘    要:某型弹药中装配某电火工品,分析该型弹药在舰船复杂电磁环境中的安全性具有重要意义。在分析电磁环境对电火工品作用机理的基础上,采用 CST电磁仿真软件建立等效天线模型、弹药壳体模型;按照该型弹药应用环境和相关国军标的要求设置仿真参数,得出等效天线增益和壳体屏蔽效能;计算出不同频率下在该型弹药内耦合的射频功率,研究电磁环境对该型弹药的安全性影响。仿真分析结果表明:该型弹药所配用的电火工品在 1.3~4.3 GHz频段内安全性无法保证;该型弹药在 L波段和 Ku波段存在安全性风险。

Abstract:ItisofgreatsignificancetoanalyzethesafetyofacertaintypeofammunitionequippedwithEED(Electro-Ex-plosive Device) in the comp lexelectromagneticenvironmentofnavalvessels.Onthebasisofanalyzingtheeffectmecha-nismofelectromagneticenvironment onEED,thee quivalent antennamodelandammunitionshellmodel areestablished byCSTelectromagneticsimulationsoftware.Thesimulationparameters aresetaccordingtotheapplication environment of thistypeofammunitionand the requirements of relevant national military standards,andtheequivalent antenna gain and shielding effectiveness of the shell are obtained.The RF power coupled in the ammunition under different frequen cies is calculated,and the effect of electromagnetic environ ment on thesafety of the ammunition is studied. The simula-tion results show that the safety of the EED used in this type of ammunition cannot be guaranteed in the frequency band of 1.3~4.3 GHz,there are safety risks of this type of ammunition in the L and Ku bands.
