含偏心孔复杂盘体三维有限元分析

摘    要:一、复杂三维盘体网格划分的基本策略  图 1为含偏心孔的压气机盘实体 ,略去其与盘强度分析无关的若干细节 (如榫槽和花边 )。图 1 偏心孔的压气机盘实体对于图 1所示的压气机盘 ,根据其周期对称性取 30°扇区为分析对象 ,含半个偏心孔。这是一个非常复杂的几何域 ,其分网时遇到的主要困难是形体不规则和三维各向尺寸差异过大。广义上说用自由网格生成技术是可行的 ,但是实际上是行不通的。主要原因有 :( 1 )为了使单元自身的几何性质保持良好 ,对四面体、五面体单元畸变值要大于 0 .4,六面体单元畸变值要大于 0 .7。这势必导致节点数剧…

Abstract:A strategy of discretization process for the 3 D disk body of complex cross section has been developed on the basis of available functions of I DEAS system.The cutting and mending techniques are employed to realize the mesh formation at the local regions of eccentric holes.In result,it is possible to solve effectively the contradiction between element distortion and over large scale of solution,and thus the 3 D analysis of the disk with eccentric hole can be completed at one time.Also in this paper an engineering optimum method is provided by adjusting the thickness of the disk so as to control the stress level at the edge of holes.
