脉冲爆震发动机供油自适应控制优化设计

摘    要:研究了带气动阀PDE的供油自适应控制优化设计,通过在油管中设置单向阀和通过油管自身(无单向阀),成功实现PDE的供油自适应控制,在爆震管直径为180mm,长度为2m,管内流速为25m/s的PDE中,可以产生稳定的爆震波,并获得2MPa以上的压力和1500N以上的峰值推力。通过对不同油管长度、不同工作频率的压力、推力曲线对比研究,分析了供油自适应控制的机理,及供油相对进气滞后时间的长短对PDE工作的影响。

Abstract:The principle of optimized fuel self-fit control in pulse detonation engine with aerovalve was investigated. By setting a one-way valve(or without the one-way valve) in the fuel pipe ,and adjusting the distance between one-way valve and atomizer (or between supply throttle and atomizer),optimized fuel self-fit control of the PDE was achieved .Successive detonation was obtained with peak value exceeding 2.0MPa and 1500N for pressure and net thrust curve respectively in a 180mm diameter and 2m long PDE in which the flow velocity is 25m/s.Based on analysis of variational curves of pressure and thrust with different fuel pipe length and PDE working frequency,the mechanism of fuel self-fit control was studied,and the vital influence of the fuel supply delayed time relative to air entrance to PDE working is discussed.
