| 摘 要： | 在建立计量标准和日常校准过程中,都需要进行测量不确定度的评定。在评定的过程中要进行大量的数据统计运算和查阅t分布表,这给日常校准的测量不确定度评定增加了困难。应用Excel的工作簿函数和VBA,解决了测量不确定度的自动计算、数据修约和数据规范化表示问题,达到了测量不确定度的自动评定之目的。最后给出了数据修约和规范化表示的VBA程序。

| Abstract: | Evaluation of uncertainty in measurement is needed in the foundation of measurement standard and the daily calibration. It is difficult and fussy in evaluation of uncertainty in measurement of the daily calibration,because a mass of the analysis of statistics is necessary. Apply Excel function and VBA to solving auto evaluation of uncertainty in measurement,data rounding and data standardization.Finally introduces the VBA programme to solving data rounding and data standardization. |
