| 摘 要： | 介绍优化设计振荡器的全过程,阐述优化设计振荡器的原理和方法,分别从线性和非线性方面阐述设计和分析的过程。根据优化设计的结果对振荡器进行生产和试验,试验结果较好地符合仿真的结果,满足设计的要求,这也证明微波计算机辅助设计(CAD)对微波电路的设计是非常有用的

| Abstract: | This article introduces all the design processes of a microwave oscillator,and formulizes the theory and method of optimization.The design procedures and analysis techniques are shown for linear and nonlinear portion of the design.In practice, an oscillator is produced according to the design result and tested.The characteristics of the experiment oscillator agreed with that of the simulation,and satisfied the requirement of the design.These prove that the microwave CAD is very useful for the design of the microwave circuits. |
