减载加速度计组合减振设计与分析

摘    要:运载火箭飞行过程中振动量极大,影响减载加速度计组合输出精度,必须加上减振器才能满足系统指标的要求。同时,为了实现减载加速度计组合小型化、轻量化的要求,采用四点减振的减振方案,介绍了减载加速度计组合减振设计过程,并采用ANSYS有限元软件分析了减载加速度计组合未采用减振系统情况下的模态、应力和加速度响应。通过在减载加速度计组合底座上安装4个减振器,使用电磁振动台对减载加速度计组合3个方向进行正弦振动及随机振动试验。试验结果表明,减载加速度计组合采用的四点减振形式可以有效地隔离振动,减载加速度计组合输出精度满足系统提出的零偏均值小于4mg的指标要求,减振器指标设计合理。

Abstract:During the flight of the launch vehicle, the magnitude of the vibration is large, which affects the output accuracy of acceleration. A shock absorber must be added to meet the requirements of the system index. In order to meet the requirements of miniaturization and light weight, the four-point damping vibration is applied to the design of damping vibration. The modal, stress and acceleration response of acceleration unit without the damping system is analyzed by ANSYS. Four shock absorbers are installed on the base of acceleration unit, the sinusoidal vibration and random vibration are tested in three directions of acceleration unit by the electromagnetic vibrating equipment. The results show that the four-point damping form can effectively isolate the vibration. The output data of acceleration unit meets the requirements of the system index that bias mean value is less than 4mg. Meanwhile, the design of the damper index is reasonable.
