多梁型称重传感器受力分析

摘    要:本文对双梁和三梁型称重传感器的弹性元件进行受力计算,通过理论计算和实测数据证明多梁型弹性元件有好的线性和高的输出灵敏度。另一个更为突出的优点是抗偏载能力强,这是其它形式弹性元件无法相比的。因此可只用一个多梁型称重传感器来支撑台面进行称重,从而使它在案秤和小型台秤上得到广泛的应用.

Abstract:Computation for the response of loaded two and three beam elastic cell are presented, it is proved that multiple-beam elastic cell have good linearity and high output sensitivity through theoretical computation and experimental inves tigation. Other advantage of this kind of elastic cell is its strong capacity of resisting eccentric load, which is other kind of elastic cell can't compare with. So that we can use only one multiple-beam load cell to support platform to weigh, it result in the wide usage of the cell in table scales and small platform-type scales.
