紫铜的搅拌摩擦焊接头组织与电学性能测试

摘    要:本文对T2紫铜的搅拌摩擦焊工艺进行了试验研究,对接头组织和性能等进行了初步分析。试验结果表明,当焊接规范合适时,用搅拌摩擦焊方法焊接6mm厚的T2紫铜板,可得到成形美观、内部无缺陷、几乎不变形的平板对接接头。接头的力学性能试验表明,搅拌摩擦焊接头的抗拉强度可达母材的90%;电学性能试验表明,搅拌摩擦焊接头的电阻率与母材基本相当。

Abstract:This paper studied the feasibility of friction stir welding (FSW) for joining of copper, the welding process. Joint microstructure and properties of copper were analyzed. The results showed that defect free weld was produced on 6 mm thick copper plate at optimum joining conditions. Besides, the experiment indicated that transverse tensile strength of FSW copper joint reached about 90% of that of the base metal and conductivity of the joint was approximately equal to that of the base metal.
