CO2焊外加纵向磁场的数值计算

摘    要:针对CO2焊时与电极同轴的单个轴对称空心圆柱线圈在励磁电流作用下产生的外加磁场,采用积分方程法建立了磁控CO2焊外加纵向磁场的计算模型,对CO2焊外加磁场进行了数值计算,该方法具有模型简单、计算速度快和精度高等优点,并与实际测量结果进行了比较。计算及实验结果表明,利用所建模型计算得出的外加纵向磁场分布是准确的、可靠和有效的。

Abstract:A non- singular single integral mathematical model is applied to calculate the external longitudinal magnetic field induced by a single axisymmetrical and cylindrical hollow coil and used for CO2 arc welding. And the coil is coaxial to electrode and excited by a revisably pulsed current of square wave. The means is very easy ,quick and has high precision. We also compare the calculated result to the metrical result. The result shows that the numerical simulation model is accurate, reliable and effective.
