光电编码器信号处理及接口电路设计

摘    要:本文着重从工程应用的角度讨论了光电编码器的辨向与倍频电路、脉冲计数器电路,以及与计算机的接口电路的设计方法,并以某电动三轴飞行模拟转台上所用的光电编码器信号处理及接口电路为例,详述了各功能电路的设计方法及一些实际问题的具体解决办法。试验结果表明:该电路板工作可靠、性能稳定,能在较为恶劣的环境下给出转角的精确测量值。

Abstract:In this paper, the design techniques of the direction distinguishing and frequency multiplying circuit, the pulse counter circuit of a photoelectric encoder, and the interfacing circuit to the computer are discussed in the emphasis on engineering applications. By taking the signal processing and interfacing circuit of the photoelectric encoder which is used on a motor-driven three-axis flight simulating table as an example, the design techniques of each functional unit and the techniques to solve some related problems are developed in detail. The test data have enhanced the conclusion that the circuits may work reliably, perform satisfactorily, and give out exact measures of the axial angles under rather adverse circumstances.
