摘    要:使用SEM、AFM、比表面积与孔体积测试分析仪(BET)和XPS对国产腰形截面炭纤维、圆形截面高强炭纤维和国外圆形截面T300炭纤维表面特性进行物理与化学表征与分析,并对炭纤维/环氧复合材料界面粘接性能进行了研究。表面形貌分析表明,腰形截面炭纤维比表面积大于圆形截面炭纤维,但其表面沟槽较圆形截面炭纤维浅。XPS分析表明,腰形截面炭纤维的表面活性略高于国产圆形截面炭纤维,但明显低于T300;界面剪切强度与层间剪切强度测试结果表明,腰形截面炭纤维/环氧复合材料的界面剪切强度和层间剪切强度均接近于T300/环氧复合材料,高于国产圆形截面炭纤维/环氧复合材料。

Abstract:The surface characteristics of domestic kidney-section and circular section carbon fiber and foreign T300 circular section carbon fiber were physically and chemically characterized and analyzed by using the scanning electron microscopy(SEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM),specific surface area and pore volume test equipment(BET) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The interfacial adhesion properties of carbon fiber/epoxy composite were investigated.The surface topographic analysis results show that the specific surface area of kidney section carbon fiber is bigger than that of circular section carbon fiber,but its surface grooves is more shallow.The XPS analysis shows that the surface activity of kidney-section carbon fiber was a little higher than that of domestic circular section fiber,but obviously less than that of T300.The test results show that interfacial shear strength(IFSS)and interlaminar shear strength(ILSS)of kidney section fiber/epoxy composite are close to those of T300/epoxy composite and higher than those of domestic circular section fiber/epoxy composite.
