| 摘 要： | 研究大学生记忆英语词汇过程中单词遗忘率高的问题。通过元认知策略和认知策略等相关方法来记忆英语词汇,能够使学生在宏观上有意识地规划调整自己的学习,以保证在有限的时间内保质保量完成大学英语词汇的记忆。

| Abstract: | The article studies college students’ high rate of forgetting in memorizing English words.The research finds out that through methods such as meta-cognition tactics and cognition tactics,students can consciously plan and adjust their learning so as to memorize new words efficiently within the limited time. |
