| 摘 要： | 随着企业对环保问题的日益重视,绿色供应链开始进入人们的视野。一个科学合理的绿色供应链体系不仅能使企业的生产运转与环境保护相协调,而且能极大地提高企业供应链的运行效率,增强企业竞争力。因此能否正确评价绿色供应链绩效对企业就尤为重要。文章以平衡记分卡为基础,构建了一套全面而生态的绿色供应链绩效评价体系,以期给管理者提供参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the development of environmental protection enterprises to be on the agenda,the green supply chain began to enter people＇s field of vision. Not only a scientific and rational green supply chain system can make the production operation and environmental protection coordination,but also can greatly improve the efficiency of the supply chain,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The refore the correct evaluation of the green supply chain performance is particularly important for enterprises. In this paper,based on Balanced Scorecard,and constructs a set of？ comprehensive and ecological green supply chain performance evaluation system,in order toprovide a reference for managers. |
