摘    要:基于主动刚度设计的理念,提出了以扭转力矩为目标函数,利用优化手段对机翼刚心线进行设计的方法,以期满足飞机初期阶段设计刚度的要求。以大展弦比机翼为算例,对刚心线优化方法进行了验证,得到匹配载荷的刚心线,并将优化结果与工程实际进行了比较,结果表明,该优化方法是一种科学合理的刚心线计算方法。刚心线位置的确定为后期机翼的刚度分析设计、甚至优化提供了支持。

Abstract:Based on the concept of active stiffness design, the paper puts forward a method which regards twisting moment as objective function and uses the optimization methods for the design of the wing stiffness center line in order to meet the stiffness requirements in the early stages of aircraft design. The newly method is validated with high-aspect-ratio wing as an example, and get the wing stiffness center which matches to the load. Then the optimization results are compared with empirical estimates and indicate that the method is scientific and logical. The decision of the center line provides a support to the analyzing and designing, and even optimizing the wing stiffness in the late.
