| 摘 要： | 依据《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》提出的“健康第一”教学思想，分析了目前普通高枝足球教学中存在的问题，提出了改革高校足球教学的内容、教学方法和教学评价体系。其目的是以人为本，以强身健体为宗旨，真正贯彻落实好“健康第一”的思想。

| Abstract: | The essay based on 'fit first' that was proposed in the 'Instructive Skeleton Briefs of National Ordinary Higher Universities Physical Education' analyzed problems existed in football teaching,proposed renovations of contents,teaching approaches,and teaching assessment in football teaching with the intention of humanity-oriented to keep fit and literally execute the ideology of 'fit first'. |
