芳纶/铝合金层板冲击后疲劳性能研究

摘    要:对自由ARALL层板和两种预应力ARALL层板的冲击损伤机理、冲击损伤在疲劳过程中的扩展进行了表面观察与无损检测分析,建立了层板冲击后的疲劳累积损伤模型,探讨了预应力对ARALL层板冲击后疲劳性能的影响。

Abstract:Impact damage mechanism and damage propagation of ARALL laminates(unprestressed and prestressed)are observed and analyzed;the dynamic stiffness of ARALL laminates after impact is tested during fatigue;cumulatived amage models for unprestressed and prestressed ARALL laminates are developed,the effects of prestress on impact damage and fatigue property of impacted ARALL are discussed.The results show that impact damage is characterized by crack in aluminium and fracture of Kevlar fabric,the improvement of prestress on impact damage is much too little,but the effect of prestress on fatigue property of laminates after impact is obvious,and the cumulative damage model of laminate without prestress is differ-ent from that with prestress.
