| 摘 要： | 对晶振和频综的隔振方法进行研究。设计出钢丝绳隔振结构,测试表明在20Hz~2000Hz全频带都有明显的隔振效果。隔振后,3.7GHz频综频偏100Hz处相噪改善16dB,频偏1kHz处相噪改善20dB。

| Abstract: | Vibration technique used in frequency synthesizer is discussed and a vibration-isolated S-band frequency synthesizer is developed.Measurements show that the isolation system has obvious effect.The signal's phase noise at 3.7GHz has the improvement of 16dB at 100Hz offset and 20dB at 1kHz offset after the vibration isolation. |
