| 摘 要： | 许多适航标准、技术和管理规则，无论初始适航还是持续适航，都来自于航空事故的教训。因此航空事故调查的意义不仅是查明原因，更重要的是从中吸取教训，改进、提高适航标准、技术和管理，并做到举一反三。就笔者亲身参与调查分析的一起直升机坠海事故，探讨其背后的适航标准、技术和管理问题。

| Abstract: | Many airworthiness standards, specifications and regulations for initial or continual airworthiness were learned from the aviation accident lessons. The importance of aviation accident investigation is not only to find out the accident cause but also to learn from the lessons, to improve our airworthiness standards, technology and management. According to the author＇s experience on a crash helicopter investigation, this article will discuss the airworthiness standards, specifications and management related with this accident investigation. |
