摘    要:文章对浮动断接器安装精度体系进行了研究,分析了系统各安装环节的误差源及影响,并建立了单项误差模型,采用多环节极限误差累积的方法分析了最大误差传递链路;并在此基础上提出了在对接机构坐标系下直接控制液路浮动断接器安装精度的优化控制方法;可依据此方法确定对液路浮动断接器浮动能力的要求。最后通过液路浮动断接器实际安装和地面插合/分离试验,验证了浮动能力指标确定方法与精度控制措施的正确性。

Abstract:The installation accuracy of the fluid floating coupling and its optimal control are studied in this paper. Through the analysis of the error sources, the maximum error among the active and passive floating couplings is obtained. And then an optimization control method of the installation accuracy is proposed to directly control the fluid floating''s installation accuracy under the docking mechanism coordinates. According to this method, the floating ability target of a floating coupling is determined. The effectiveness of the method is verified by the ground inserting/separating test.
