基于虚拟仪器技术的变频器专用自动测试系统设计

摘    要:随着卫星通信技术的不断进步,星载微波变频器从单一通道频率朝着多本振频点、多增益档位和多通道组件化发展。复杂的产品工况使得变频器的自动化测试难度增大。基于虚拟仪器技术给出了一种适应多本振频点、多增益档位、多变频通道三种特殊工况下的微波变频器专用自动测试系统的设计方案。重点分析了多本振模式下的变频器频谱杂散测试特性,有针对性地提出了一种多模式频谱搜索算法,通过采用绝对频率转换相对频率的搜索方法实现了高效的频谱自动化测试。实践证明,基于虚拟仪器技术的专用变频器自动测试系统将模块化的硬件与定制化的软件算法和测试流程结合在一起,相比传统测试系统具备更强的产品适应性,可大幅提高变频器产品测试效率。

Specialized automatic test system design of frequency converter based on virtual instrumentation technology

Abstract:With the continuous progress of satellite communication technology, the satellite-borne microwave frequency converter develops from single channel frequency to multi-local oscillator frequency points, multi-gain gears and componentization. The complex product conditions make the automatic test of frequency converter more and more challenging. Based on virtual instrument technology, this paper presents a special automatic test system for microwave frequency converter, which is suitable for three special working conditions: multiple local frequency points, multiple gain gears and multiple frequency channels. This paper focuses on the analysis of spectrum spray test characteristics of frequency converter in multi-local oscillator mode, and proposes a multi-mode spectrum search algorithm. By using the searching method of absolute frequency converting to search relative frequency, efficient automatic spectrum test is realized. Practice has proved that the automatic test system of special frequency converter based on virtual instrument technology combines modular hardware with customized software algorithm and test process, which has stronger product adaptability and can greatly improve the test efficiency of frequency converter products compared with the traditional test system.
