静载下含平面缺陷的压力管道的失效率

摘    要:参照 SAPV-95规范,用第 2水平法对静载下含平面缺陷的压力管道进行了可靠性分析,得出了功能函数。提出了计算失效率的快速收敛的迭代算法,并分析了失效率与广义强度和广义应力的均值及变异系数的关系。得出了用失效率可对静载下含平面缺陷的压力管道的安全状况进行评估和预测的结论

Abstract:Based on SAPV 95, by means of level 2 method, the safety function and the method to get the probability of failure which can be used to weigh and forecast the safety state of pressure pipes with planar disfigurements under steady load are proposed. What's more, the relation between the probability and the average values and variation coefficients of generalized stress and generalized strength is analyzed.
