管路系统热-振联合环境试验技术研究

摘    要:管路系统是飞行器发动机的重要组成部分,在工作过程中经受多种热力学和振动环境,必须经过地面试验以考核管路系统的可靠性。热振联合试验就是考核结构件在热及振动环境下可靠性的一种行之有效的方法。本文分析描述了热振动试验中热、压系统及振动系统的组建方法。该试验技术对类似的综合试验具有指导意义。

Abstract:Piping system is an important part of aircraft engines, which withstands a variety of thermal-vibrational environment effect and must get the reliability through the ground test. The thermal-vibrational joint test is a way to assess the reliability of piping systems under thermal-vibrational environment. In this article, the method of build the thermal, pressure and vibration system was analysis and described. The test technology are guided to the similar general tests.
