摘    要:基于渐进失效分析方法,建立了带孔的三维有限元模型.该模型能有效计算应力集中区和自由边界区的应力以及层间应力,为渐进失效分析提供了可靠的基础.本文采用了修正的三维Hashin准则作为单元失效的判断依据,使用交互式退化模型对失效单元进行材料性能退化;同时研究了材料常数υ23值和刚度缩减系数(SCR)对失效载荷预测结果的影响;实现了失效扩展过程的仿真分析;计算了不同层合板的最终失效载荷,计算值与试验值误差小于10%.

Abstract:Based on progressive failure analysis a 3D finite element model with a hole is built.The model can effectively compute stress of the stress concentration zone and the free edge zone and interlaminar stress,thus offering credible foundation for the progressive failure analysis.The modified 3D Hashin criterion is taken as a criterion of judging element failure,and interactive property degradation model is used for degradation of failure elements.Influences of predicted failure load values on a function of pro...
