航天继电器触点粘连故障机理分析及保护技术

摘    要:文章针对卫星供配电系统功率继电器接通瞬间浪涌电流导致触点粘连故障进行研究,分析电路导致浪涌电流的机理,并对一种继电器触点浪涌抑制保护电路开展分析和试验测试,提出有效消除继电器触点粘连故障的方案。研究结果对帮助指导航天继电器的使用,提高航天继电器在轨应用的可靠性和安全性具有重要意义。

Abstract:In this paper, the erosion of relay contacts by inrush current under power-on conditions is studied, the capability of an inrush suppression circuit standing against the inrush current of spacecraft relay is tested, and the method of avoiding the contact erosion and welding is analyzed. The results of this study can help the proper use of spacecraft relay to improve the reliability and safety of spacecraft relay usage in flight applications.
