| 摘 要： | 研制了基于单片机的新型点焊机,首次实现了最佳电流波形点焊新工艺.该焊机用于微型零件桥带的焊接,成功地解决了采用传统点焊方法时存在的焊点强度不稳、飞溅等问题.精密焊接提供了有效的方法.

| Abstract: | A new spot welding machine based on single -chip microcomputer is develop ed.The new spot welding technology of optimal curre nt waveform is achieved firstly.The machine is used in the welding of the b ridge band of minisize workpiece.The prob lems of unsteady spot strength and sp lashing in traditional spot welding are solved and an effective method for pr ecision welding is provided. |
