摘    要:基于颗粒显微形态学分析理论,建立了一套磨损微粒显微特征描述体系。首先应用这套特征参数描述体系,提取磨损微粒形态中蕴涵的特征信息,然后综合使用自动聚类、人工神经网络和其他的人工智能分析方法进行磨损微粒的综合分析与识别。本项技术已经在航空发动机磨损故障诊断中得到了实际应用。

Abstract:Based on the micro-morphology theory, the authors set up a set of feature descriptors of debris, use it to abstract the characteristic information of wearing particles, and identify them by the auto clustering, Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and other artificial intelligence (AI) means. The technique has found its application in the wearing fault diagnosis of aero-engines.
