基于蒙特卡罗模拟法的航空发动机装配公差分析

摘    要:讨论了蒙特卡罗法的基本原理,研究了利用蒙特卡罗模拟法进行装配尺寸链公差分析的实现方法,提出了基于蒙特卡罗模拟法的公差分析流程,并以某型航空发动机高压涡轮的一个径向尺寸链为实例进行了计算。计算结果表明:蒙特卡罗模拟法用于公差分析具有可行性,其精度随着模拟次数的增加而提高,在模拟次数达到200000次以上时,其精度已经较高。蒙特卡罗法作为一种统计分析方法,同时适用于线性和非线性尺寸链。

Abstract:The basic principles of Monte Carlo is discussed in the paper,the tolerance analysis method of assembly dimensional chain by Monte Carlo simulation is studied,Proposing the tolerance analysis process on Monte Carlo simulation,and testing the Monte Carlo simulation method on a high-pressure turbine's Radial dimension chain of one aircraft engine.The results show that: Monte Carlo simulation method is feasible for the tolerance analysis,its accuracy increase with the simulation times much;the accuracy is higher enough when the simulation time is more than 200,000.As a statistical analysis,Monte Carlo method can be applied to linear and nonlinear dimension chain.
