| Abstract: | VI curve testing is a kind of circuit boards and components test repairing technology based on VI characteristic curve. Through the detection of the VI curves, VI curve testing can locate the fault point of circuit or the components. This paper studies the characteristics of VI curve testing and introduces the implementation methods and operation skills of circuit board VI curve testing. |
