高负荷条件下吹吸气静子设计及其与串列转子的组合研究

摘    要:进行了吹吸气静子的设计,并将其与串列转子组合生成一级高负荷扩压级。在吹吸气静子设计过程中研究了吹吸气的位置、稠度等对流动控制的影响。研究结果表明:本文中生成的高负荷静子能达到0.9的扩散因子而不发生分离;吹吸气可以控制从49%轴向弦长处开始的分离,最佳吸气位置在分离点略微靠后的某个位置;最终组合而成的高负荷扩压级能够基本达到原始某高压压气机后两级的做功效果,并有较高的绝热效率,达到设计目标。

Abstract:Aiming at the last two stage of a high-pressure compressor,co-flow jets stator is designed to match the tandem rotor which has been existed,and then,the stator and rotor are combined to be a highly-loaded stage.During the design of the co-flow jets jet stator,the influence of co-flow jets location and denseness is studied.It is proved that the highly-loaded stator can prevent from separating while reaching a diffusion factor of 0.9 in the paper.It is indicated that co-flow jets can effectively control separ...
