民用航空发动机振动监测方法研究

摘    要:对民用航空发动机振动监测原理、监测算法和发动机振动位移量到飞机振动单位的转换关系进行了系统研究。并在此基础上,结合民用航空发动机典型的叶片磨损问题,分析了发动机振动值随不同叶片磨损程度的变化趋势;给出了发动机振动检查程序,便于在飞机地面维护和飞行过程中提早发现发动机存在的结构故障,保障飞行安全。本文结合发动机振动特点提出的工程检测方法,具有一定的工程使用价值和参考意义。

Abstract:Systematic research on civil aero-engine vibration monitoring principle,monitoring arithmetic,transform relationship between engine vibration displacement and aircraft vibration unit are introduced.Based on the research above,combining with typical civil aircraft blade abrasion fault,the engine vibration trends with different blade abrasion are studied and the engine vibration check procedure is also suggested,which can be referential for discovering engine structure fault during aircraft ground maintenance in advance and securing flight safety.Based on engine vibration characteristic,the vibration monitoring methods could be references for engineering practice.
